Reviews
What customers say
Customers praise furnace troubleshooting and help getting needed parts. One customer also appreciated suggestions for improving furnace efficiency. A customer said a job involving a part shipped from out of province was finished two days after the first call; another described a visit within half an hour after an after-hours furnace failure. One reviewer was unhappy that the company would not sell them a small part for self-installation.

Leo Oja
Experienced repairman with good suggestions for greater furnace efficiency. Caught a mistake of the previous workman. Thank you!

First of all, Rob understands how furnaces works. A brief discussion with him about what I did and experienced, and he came over with the part I needed. He checked out other aspects of my heating system and corrected a few issues I had developed. I plan to have him over in the Spring to correct some issues put in with the original installer. Even I can see that the original installer did not have all the parts and/or the time.
I can count on Rob to do the job right! His number is on my contact lists - keeping a furnace running today is paramount to having a happy family.
Thank you Rob

Would rather let you freeze instead of letting you buy a small part from them and install it yourself. Horrible that people will operate a company in this fashion in this climate

Excellent service and extremely efficient with locating the issue with our furnace, obtaining the part and installing it. From first call to finished job was 2 days, including getting a part shipped from out of province. I highly recommend for anyone with heating or cooling issues!

Amazing service!! My furnace went out after hours and he was here within half an hour. He took the time to show me things I didn't know about my furnace, cleaned it up for me and it is running better now then it ever has! Great pricing and impressive service! highly recommend!!
