Comfort Plus replaced my old furnace a month ago, and it immediately began leaking water (condensate from the AC) beneath the new furnace, where as it never leaked prior to replacing the furnace. After three visits to attempt a repair, I'm now told there is a hole in the condensate pan. It wasn't there before. No offer to fix, repair, or replace. Poor workmanship.
Chris’s and his crew came out 05/23/25 to remove and install an Air Conditioner and Furnace. I initially called about servicing my broken air conditioner. He called back and was able to come out quickly. Due to the very old age of my unit, I decided I didn’t want to fix but rather replace. Since my furnace was even older I wanted them both done. He had the items in stock and was able to come out on a day that worked good for both of us. They arrived on time and did a fantastic job. Very neat and conscientious of how and where piping and materials were placed and hung. His crew was friendly, helpful and so professional.So far so good, furnace is working great. Will get to try out the air conditioner soon??I highly recommend Comfort Plus.
I can not say enough great things about Chris and his team at Comfort Plus. They check every box when looking for the right contractor. Chris and his team were polite, responsive, prompt, and definitely do quality work. They are true professionals through and through, and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.Our furnace went out right before Christmas, and Chris, true to his word, was able to get his team out to me right away. With a family of six, I was concerned I may have to move out as heat is vital in the winter (obviously). They were able to quickly diagnose the issue and set me up for a replacement.His team was very thorough throughout the entire process as they kept me updated during the installation. The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and super neat and tidy both in their workmanship as well as cleaning up after the work was complete.All in all, it was an awesome contractor experience and if you need any HVAC work done, there is no need to look any further... give Chris and his team a call!
