Last thing found, and diagnosed was a leak in evaporator coil that was freezing up. To follow up with quote for repairs. Tech showed up with apprentice, both were curious and went about their work quietly. Upon leaving, thermostat was left in heat mode , got up to 28C before we noticed it.

As this was only the first visit (diagnosis) I will say that the technician ( Jeremy) & apprentice (Levi) were very good and polite. Issues with our heat-pump were explained as was the procedures going forward - accessing parts , cost etc. Hopefully we can get this sorted out in a timely manner but so far I am happy with the timely service provided by Aire Serv Victoria.

Have used Aire Serv a few times now, both for scheduled maintenance on the heat pump, as well as the gas fireplace and we have consistently had a positive experience. Very polite and professional technicians, very punctual, prices are reasonable and as quoted, and we appreciate the ability to buy packages for regular maintenance.
