We got a heater through Galaxy and Jeff was a great point person who answered all my questions during the consultation process. In addition to our heater being super old, it was very loud when turning on and off. After install, the heater worked great but there were still noise issues from the existing plenums. Galaxy sent out Tim who was awesome! He was super knowledgeable, fixed our noise problem and was very friendly. No additional cost. I appreciated them going the extra mile to make sure we were happy customers. Great customer service!

As a real estate broker and property manager here in the East Bay, I am constantly testing new vendors to ensure my clients get the best service possible. I decided to try Galaxy Services to fix my own central heating unit, and I was thoroughly impressed.

The technician Sunny was exceptional. He quickly diagnosed the issue, got the heat temporarily up and running, tracked down the necessary OEM part, and scheduled the permanent repair, all within a few hours. He returned the very next business day, right on time, to install the new piece.

Sunny demonstrated expert troubleshooting skills and true professionalism. He was also incredibly patient while my dogs were loving all over him!

Vendors like this help us sleep easy at night knowing our clients are in good hands. Galaxy Services represents the level of quality we look for, and we will definitely be utilizing their services for our personal residences and clients for years to come
