My wife and I both strongly recommend TX Air for all your heating and air conditioning needs. They do excellent work. Their technicians are courteous and open to answering any questions we have. They have always been responsive when we had an emergency situation. Next time you’re sweating in the summer, or freezing in the winter, give them a try.
Our system went down during the cold front that came through a few weeks back. When Texas Air Assurance came out, the technician was clean and professional. He offered a monthly service that is reasonable so we took the offer. Since then we had our official first duct and pest control service. They did amazing. The crew was clean polite and professional. They were very efficient and I will recommend them to anyone needing AC services. Thank you

Overall, great experience. I would recommend them to everyone. They are prompt, professional, and had great customer experience. Had the 'basic' HVAC service and leveraged their pest service as a one off. From the office to the field, they're great. The service definitely saved me some headaches in the middle of Texas' summer.

The reviews did not disappoint and I am grateful for all who took the time to share their experiences.David and Caleb made up my assigned crew today. They were prompt, professional, respectful of gate closings because of my pets, and exceptionally thorough. Although I have had several maintenance contracts with different companies in the past, not one performed their services as well as these men did.I highly recommend and, in fact, signed up both of my adult daughters for maintenance agreements through this company after the outstanding service I received today. These folks do not disappoint.
