Josiah came out yesterday to replace a hail damaged pad under our Carrier Heat Pump, clean and service the unit and ensure we were ready for the summer heat. He did an excellent job with some help from Jason and Patrick. All were friendly, prompt and very thorough. We had a written estimate before the work was done and text messages informing us of who was coming and time scheduling from courteous office staff. We would highly recommend their service.

This is an outstanding company. They take the time to answer any questions you have. The technician was very thorough in making sure my heater was ready for this winter. We called AC Works to schedule regular maintenance and a possible blockage in our AC line. They were able to send someone out the same day. They were professional and thorough. We will definitely use them again.
