He didn't just jump in and start to tell us everything needed replacing (unlike a company we've worked with in the past that is highly rated in Weatherford). Austin took the time to actually get to the root problem of what we were experiencing and explained everything to us in a way that we could understand; He even took video of what was going on up in the attic since we weren't up there with him.Within approximately 24 hours, our A/C was up and running.Follow up a few days later.....we received a call from Courtney to ensure everything was still working satisfactorily. 100% recommend, we called them within a couple hours. They were out at our house and within the next hour they had the AC up and running. Great pricing and great company. Customer service is a 100.
