I can’t say enough good things about Hometown Heating and Cooling.

They previously installed a new oil tank, boiler, and water heater at my home, and the quality of their work was excellent. Beautiful install, professional crew, and everything has run perfectly since day one.

What really set them apart, though, was how they handled an emergency situation for my parents. They had no heat on one of the coldest nights of the year. Even though my parents were not existing customers, I called Hometown to see if they could do an emergency service call. They scheduled it right away, no questions asked other than the address to go to.

They also took time to walk me through how they could try a simple fix themselves to at least get things going for the night. Their advice worked and got their heat back on, and avoided an emergency call entirely. Hometown then refused to charge anything for the help, which was priceless given it was 15 degrees out.

That level of honesty and willingness to help someone who wasn’t even an existing customer says everything about how this company operates.

If you want top-quality installation work and a company that genuinely stands behind people when it matters, this is the one to call.

I can’t say enough great things about the service I received from Hometown Heating & Cooling. Matt and Dave were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with the work being done.

What really stood out was their honesty and attention to detail no rushing, no pressure, just quality work and excellent customer service. It’s rare to find a company that’s this reliable and respectful of your home and time.

If you’re looking for a heating and cooling company you can truly trust, I highly recommend Hometown Heating & Cooling.
