Roshad was on time, very professional, and easy to talk about my concerns with. He kindly explained some things that I had difficulty with, and eased my mind! Lauren, who did the scheduling was very efficient getting me taken care of the next day, which was great because of the Holidays! I Highly Recommend AIRWORX!!Addendum: I had to have AIRWORX, come back and install a UV light that was supposed to have been installed by the original AC company that promised to place my old one in, long story, Ray at AIRWORX scheduled me the very next day to finish what the other company didn’t. Daniel was my technician, and what a wonderful experience he provided me! Installed the UV, plus he offered a discount on the Remi Halo ( not sure of spelling) thanks to Daniel our whole home feels fresh and clean!! Definitely worth the money! Highly Recommend AIRWORX & Awesome Staff!!
I’ve been with this company years now. They respond quickly, fix the issue(s) every time and have a wonderful team.Today I had a new, for me, tech come out. Mike was knowledgeable, professional, very personable and an excellent communicator. I immediately had confidence he would fix my A/C issues.Honestly, he was fantastic and knew right away what needed to be done. I’ll always ask for Mike and you would be happy with him, too.I’m not biased. We’re not related and I had never seen him before today??
I called Airworx as i had a maintenance contract with them. They said they would be out in the next 3 hours to repair my unit. They didn’t show, nor did they call. When I called, they apologized and sent someone out the next morning, which was Saturday. The guy did nothing as he didn’t have any parts. He promised he would be back Monday to fix it. He did not show nor did they call on Wednesday. They were scheduled to come to do the maintenance on all of my units again they don’t show and they don’t call. I Call Thursday, no call back. Friday three times to get a hold of somebody. What a joke of a company avoid them.
From my first interaction with Airworx, I was extremely impressed. I received texts and emails notifying me of my service date and time and then again the hours the technician would arrive. Daniel, the technician arrived and quickly assess the situation. He offered to send quotes to me which were received very quickly. I would highly recommend this company and Daniel the technician.
My tech Will was so helpful and informative. He listen to my issues and what was going on with my AC. He really took his time fixing it and making sure that it doesn’t happen again. There was another staff member, I believe his name was Larry maybe?He was also very helpful via text and walk me thru the appt. I couldn’t believe they actually came this evening the same day I called. I wanted to be there while the tech was present so I can go over my issues with him and they were so flexible and came this afternoon. Thank you so much Will.You were amazing!!
