I would like to provide a positive review of Shoreline Air Conditioning; however, my experience was significantly impacted by poor communication.After my appointment was confirmed, it was rescheduled only two hours before my scheduled arrival window. The field technician completed the assessment and described the needed work as simple ductwork. He indicated he would follow up with a quote for the full scope of work within 24 hours so I could move forward.Unfortunately, I received no response on day one or day two. Four days later, I called and was told by the account manager that Kevin, the owner, would reach out the following day. That day passed without any contact. I called again to ask when I could expect the quote for what was described as a straightforward job, but I have not received any further response.I understand that schedules and workloads can change, but timely and proactive communication is essential. At minimum, if the company does not have the capacity to take on new work, I would appreciate being informed upfront.For others considering this company, I would strongly recommend working with a contractor that demonstrates consistent, organized communication. Clear and reliable follow-through goes a long way in building trust and confidence, particularly when hiring a company to perform work in your home.

Highly recommend Shoreline. AC went out on a Friday , they had a tech to us by Saturday morning. First diagnosis worked but then failed (understandably) and a tech was back by Sunday morning. Part had to be ordered and AC was fully fixed by Monday afternoon. The service was prompt, professional, and easy to coordinate. Communication was clear, and the process felt seamless from start to finish. Reliable and efficient service throughout.
