Aire One East was amazing! I called them about my water heater issue and they sent their service technicians the next day. Shout out to their technician Patrick and Cole. They are very professional because they tried patiently to fix the unit before deciding that it was not worth the cost to repair the unit. Service was very quick and they replaced my heater with a new unit the SAME DAY! I will definitely recommend this company!
Tony was amazing and helped me understand what services I needed and what boiler to choose to suit my budget and needs. The service HVAC technician Patrick and his team tackled a really hard job and worked nonstop for 7 hours on the job. After experiencing a small set back Courtney was nice enough to offer me a credit for my inconvenience. Amazing service and amazing support 24/7.
Our hot water tank needed to be replaced. We got a very good price including installation and there were no surprises. The installation was the next day and the two technicians arrived on time and got the job done. They laid down runners to keep the floor and carpet protected. Once completed they cleaned up and removed all the garbage, taking away the old tank for disposal.
Very grateful that a skilled and knowledgeable technician was sent to our house first thing the next morning when we had called after-hours for a service check. He very quickly found the root cause of the problem, shut off the furnace and then informed us what was going on, what we needed to do immediately and what options we had for repair/replacement. Dealing with the office was a breeze as Courtney answered our many questions and kept us informed on progress along the way. Our amazing technician was back the same day the part was delivered to install it and had our house back heating up in no time.
