The service tech that came to our home was great. We had been having trouble with our heat pump system and the tech (Davage) did a thorough inspection of the system. He explained his findings and answered questions. The booking management was handled well. Overall the service was prompt and professional.

We just had a great experience with Geoffrey g. He changed our thermostat to an updated model. Very friendly, took the time to explain the functions and programming on the new thermostat. Arrived on time, and did the job in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this company and the installer. Great job, thanks again Geoffrey G.

Our experience with the Limcan team has been exemplary from A-Z. After our prompt booking, we were greeted at our home by our representative Vic. Vic was most pleasant and courteous. He was very informative about what we required now and very thorough about options to enhance efficiency either during this project and how we could enhance going forward. Everything was explained in detail that we understand our undertaking. No hard sale, very educational as it’s his expertise not our. Thank you Vic. As promised, Junaid A.and Godin M arrived early next morning, politely introduced themselves and immediately assessed the job at hand and got to work. J & G quickly ran into some obstacles with the install of our furnace, due to shaudy workmanship by the previous company who installed our water heater, a nightmare. J & G immediately draughted a plan to overcome these horrific challenges and continued on. They reconfigured everything (including the previous mess from water heater install). They did not waiver and worked tirelessly to achieve their goal of a one day install and in their words, “we promise you will have heat by the end of today” and “REST ASSURED, we will check it not twice but three times before we leave for your safety, comfort and peace of mind”. The latter made me very emotional as I had shared with them, my frightening experience with exposure to natural gasses from the previous water heater install making me very sick for over one year. A 3-4 hour install became 12 hours, they went above and beyond any expectations to fulfill their promise ???? and did it all happily. They even took time to clean up even after I said, please leave this for me. We immediately recognize the improvement in the air quality and the heat efficiency. On Oct 27th my natural gas furnace quit i phoned Limcan heating & A.C office around 2.30pm i was told a technician would be at my address between 4 &4pm. At 4.20 the technician Bryan arrived he checked & tested the furnace & found that he had to turn it off for safety reasons. He told me i would have to to replace the furnace, (i already new this as i worked for the gas company for over 42 years) I told Bryan that is all i want as i just got out of the hospital aaaaaaaaaaaa7 now no heat, he then phoned his office & told them my problem at 5.30 there sails man Kevin knocked at my door, he checked out the house & gave me a great price for a new furnace, he was so nice new what he was doing. Knowing my problem, he phoned his office & arranged to have the furnace installed the next day. At 8.30am oct 28th Michael arrived, 3hr later the furnace was complete & the heating back on. Now i don't have words for the workmanship they done Bryan, Kevin & Michael all three of them. All i can say is the work they done & the way they treated me was 100 &50%. I would not have no other heating contractor put Limcan excellent. thanks again Limcan & your excellent employees.

We were happy with the quick response from Limcan when our AC stopped working during one of the hottest weekends of the summer. Unfortunately for us, the unit could not be repaired by Ted and needed to be replaced so we opted to also replace the furnace at the same time. Erik and Marcus showed up the next day and did a great job. Hopefully we now have many many years ahead of us of reliable heating and cooling.
