Thank you to Adam from Taunton Trades for his knowledgeable and efficient work to quickly resolve the issue with our Lennox furnace. This was our 2nd time calling for service and any time there's been a problem, we call Taunton Trades. Sean and his crew at Taunton Trades have been servicing my furnace, tankless hot water, and air conditioning units since he first installed them in 2018. In addition, the HRV, which had not been previously replaced, quit working this year, discovered through the routine maintenance process. I received an almost immediate, very reasonable estimate for replacement, and it was installed very quickly and to my complete satisfaction.
