I’ve always had a great experience. Last summer we had a lightning strike to our home and it fried our AC system. They came out and worked tirelessly in the heat and in the attic to figure out and fix all our issues. We have a system that does not have parts that can be picked up locally. They knew this and brought us their portable AC’s. They set them all up and got them running so we could stay in our house until the parts arrived. Great customer service!
Been working with Billy for 16 years now as he installed and services our two restaurants and now our home with two incredible Lennox HVAC units. His team went above and beyond what would be normal installation and services. In fact Billy’s team drives 300 miles round trip to take care of our restaurants and home. I normally would have someone local service our units, but when you have someone who backs their work and equipment as honestly and dependably as his team does, you can confidently lay your head on your pillow each night knowing whether it’s hot or cold outside you are gonna sleep in Absolute Comfort.
Fast and reliable. Had a major leak issue on a Saturday. They guys showed up and had us all fixed up and ready to. Very professional and easy to contact and work with. Will continue to use in the future!
I had heating issue during past cold spell. I filed with my home warranty and they came out within a couple if hours. After fixing the issue they discovered that my vent ducts in attic were I very poor shape. They wrapped duct work and sprayed new insulation ( that had not been updated since 1950??) The workers were AMAZING!! I had no problem leaving my house while they worked -- the project took 3 days-- they were respectful and totally professional! Billy, the owner , worked with me on best cost after discussing with home warranty and I was very satisfied with dollar amount. Josie,the office manager was a delight.I will always use and highly recommend Absolute Comfort.
During 8-degree weather, my heating units stopped working in the middle of the night. I called Absolute Comfort, and Josie, the receptionist, was incredibly friendly and helpful. She arranged for technicians to come to my home first thing in the morning. They were professional, knowledgeable, and fortunately restored my heat without an expensive bill. I will definitely use their excellent service in the future.
