Kevin came out and crawled under our home through mud to get our duct work hooked back up to the front part of our home! As a mama, I’m so incredibly thankful for him for caring about my babies and coming out on a Sunday. I promise to check the drain more often so it never happens again! Thank you again for giving my babies a cool place to sleep!We’ve tried other companies before but it wasn’t until we called OTIS air conditioning and refrigeration that things actually started getting fixed no more band aid fixes!
