Anderson Air installed a complete new system both inside and outside. Lloyd gave us three options to choose from and set up the install. Jacob and Brandon were prompt, very professional and courteous as they did the install, always keeping us updated on their progress throughout the day. They showed us how to connect the thermostat to the Internet plus they did the paperwork for the rebate from Duke Energy. They did a great job! Anderson Air is a great, reliable company for repairing and maintaining our heating and cooling system. Early on, their owner, Robbie, came to visit our new home and educated us on our 3 zone heat pump system so we now know how it operates and why timing delays are incorporated. Since then, their periodic system checks and warranty repairs have kept us comfortable year round. Their service technicians, Hunter and Cam(eron) have been very personable, polite, respectful, and quick but thorough at our home.Compared to other heating and air companies I've utilized for the past 45 years, Anderson Air is the best one I've ever hired and they've definitely earned my 5 star rating!
The guys at Anderson are the best. Started with a consultation with Walter. He showed me all my options and helped me choose what was best for my house. I spoke with Teresa in the office and she got me squared away with getting everything paid for and scheduled. The day of, Pete, Brandon and Marshall all showed up and got everything done quickly and correctly. I can’t say enough about these guys.
