I was referred to them after the merge with Kenny Fowler Heating & Air, and even with all the behind-the-scenes chaos of combining companies, they were professional, communicative, and transparent. They kept me informed about potential delays while locating my records and warranty information, and before long I had an appointment scheduled.I was blessed to be assigned Jeffrey Palese, and let me tell you—if you ever get the chance to meet Jeffrey, you’ll notice immediately that he puts effort into everything he does. From the thoughtful décor on his work truck (left over from a recent parade in December when I started with Carolina Comfort) to the precision of his mustache, he’s someone who takes pride in the details.My heating issue was tricky. It only happened when temperatures dropped below freezing, and the day of my appointment wasn’t that cold yet. Still, Jeffrey listened closely to every detail I shared about how my unit behaved. Because he truly paid attention, he was able to diagnose the problem and provide a temporary fix to keep my family warm until the parts he ordered arrived. Thanks to his expertise and attentiveness, we stayed comfortable through the coldest nights of December.Jeffrey respected my home, valued what I had to say, and explained the technical HVAC information in a way that was easy to understand. I was aware that Carolina Comfort Air had a positive reputation; however; today was my first experience as a customer. First, they answered my call at 7:38am, while other reputable options did not open until 8:00. I was given an appointment for the same afternoon and received a call when the technician was 1 hour away. The technician was as thorough as he was professional. Following the appointment, I received an email with an invoice copy and a detailed report summarizing their findings and actions taken. I appreciate having this document for my maintenance records and future reference. Their professionalism and performance was outstanding and the detailed report and transparency exceeded my expectations. I recommend them with confidence.
