Very impressed! I own several properties and have had a fair amount of bad experiences with HVAC companies. Not the case this time! They showed up quickly, were more than fair with their price and everything was fixed immediately.
To be honest, the unit is a dinosaur and they did not even try to upsell me a new unit just fixed what needed to be fixed. Needless to say, they will be getting the job for the new unit when the time comes. I would absolutely recommend GreenDot!

I can’t say enough good things about the service I received from Jason. My electric bills had spiked up considerably so I asked a neighbor for a HVAC repair reference. He recommended Green Dot. So glad he did. Jason quickly diagnosed the problem and thoroughly explained it in COMMON English so I could understand and make an informed decision on next steps. He also explained why some of my rooms were colder than others (which had been a mystery to me). He was very professional. Impressive. He scheduled a same day visit for a project manager to discuss my replacement options and a new unit will be installed within 3 days. Great service.

We had several contractors come out to give us an estimate. A few never bothered to follow up and send their quotes. However, Preston came out (on time!) and really took the time to give me the confidence that he knew his business. I decided on Green Dot and Preston and Avery came out today and finished the job for me. They not only did great work, but they also left the work area spotless! If I could give these two guys a ‘10’ I would. Great service and a great price! Highly recommend them for your electrical needs!

We noticed cool air blowing from our vents before finally warming up (of course on a Saturday morning). We considered waiting it out until Monday, but on Sunday the air was taking forever to warm. We called Green Dot based on their excellent reviews. The off-hours service charge was reasonable so we had them come out Sunday. The response was quick, communication was top notch, Jason was very knowledgeable, and we were back up and running quickly.

We needed a new system in our home and reached out to 4 of Wilmington's top reviewed companies. We gathered quotes from all 4 to make sure we did our due diligence. We were so impressed by Jordan's knowledge and willingness to assure that we got the overall best package/ deal, that we made a commitment with them to move forward with HVAC, as well as a mini- split. He introduced me to the idea of a mini- split for our FROG, which no one had done prior, to better assist with climate control. A team of people showed up, on time, on the day of install, and diligently got to work. Led by Petee, the team was very professional and courteous to me and my family. They answered any questions that I had and often would go to great lengths to assure that I fully understood. Understandably, the installs literally took all day, but wasn't overly disruptive. I appreciated them picking up after themselves and their attention to details regarding anything cosmetic to make sure everything looked professionally installed. Before leaving, a tech made sure to review with me the controls on the thermostat and to answer any final questions. I feel like we got an awesome deal and the staff made sure to execute the plan fully. Thanks again Green Dot! Did I mention that Jordan was fantastic :).
