Highly recommend! Very prompt and provided a thorough examination of my HVAC system. Due to electrical issues, the technician was unable to definitely diagnose the issue. Instead of just telling me to fix/replace everything, he suggested seeing if it is just an electrical issue to avoid costly repairs to the unit. If it is just electrical, there would be nothing more to do. I so appreciate the honestly. Given that we are dealing with very cold weather and snow, it would have been very easy to provide a costly bill that I would have paid. Turns out it was electrical. I will be calling James & Sons for all my HVAC needs.

We had James and Son put a new AC unit in our home at the beginning of the summer. The pricing options and install were a 5 star experience from start to finish. I called James and Son midday this past Fri regarding water stains on my ceiling directly under the AC unit. I was pleasantly surprised that someone was able to come out to take a look within 90 mins. Josh came to my home...he was super friendly and knowledeable. After climbing down from investigating he let me know that the stains had been caused by condensation from some leaking ductwork. I asked Josh to email me a quote for the job. He ended up calling a half hour later...he said they could have a crew come out shortly and take care of it. °He said it wasnt a very large job and they appreciated my business from early summer. True to his word, a full crew showed up an hour later. They were very professional, explained what needed to be done and finished the job in a timely manner. The entire process from my initial call to completion of the job took about 5 hours.
