Amazing customer service. Absolutely respectful and trustworthy... Recently, Hunter did our annual check up and he went above and beyond to explain things concisely and clearly while also checking things out throughly. I am convinced that my HVACs have lasted well beyond their life expectancy thanks to Reedy's.
Had Hunter out to solve some gremlins on all three of our units, and he was able to bring everything to ful health in about an hour, with some thoughtful recommendations for future service that was germane to our needs. Great service, and very friendly!
I had new supply ducts installed and very happy with the service and results. After many attempts at getting quotes from other contractors that did estimates but never followed up with estimates, David from Reedy's gave be a good estimate and after I accepted set up the install date. They came out to the day and installed within the 3 day window that was quoted. Very happy dealing with them.
We had a service technician, Michael, come out to address an issue with our AC. Unfortunately, the work completed was unrelated to the actual problem and did not resolve the issue. The fact that the company stands behind this incomplete and misdirected service is disappointing. We expected better accountability and problem-solving. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend their services.
I’ve been a customer of Reedy’s for years, but a recent service call has changed my opinion of the company. They are now “G”Reedy’s in my opinion. I just received a service call on my A/C unit where 3-pounds of refrigerant was added. I gladly paid $450 which was $150 for an hour of service and $90/lb for the Freon plus tax. The serviceman was only at my home for 30-minutes and advised me that he needed to check my A/C unit for refrigerant leak(s), but his tester was broken. I was advised to call their office and schedule another service person to come check for leaks at an additional (reduced) $115/hr service call. In my opinion, I shouldn’t have to pay an additional service call because the service man’s tool was broken. I contacted their office and was bluntly advised by management that if I wanted the service done that I would pay the additional cost. I’m sorry to say that I will be doing my HVAC business elsewhere.
