Mark and Kyle were great. They worked with us and supplied us with exactly what we needed and wanted. The service technician were knowledgeable and courteous. Excellent service. We were very satisfied.
My wife and I want to commend the ACT team for their care and personability on this project. The supervisor Mark was attentive and reachable by text to help us navigate the pre/on site/post install process. Kyle was an enthusiastic customer focused bidder and technician. He and his assistant worked fast and studiously and were courteous throughout the 2-day process of installing an attic handler and two wall mini-splits. The system test technician on the 3rd day was super polite, addressing us as "sir" and ma'am." All around great experience. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. $17,000 for a brand new system install to replace the old one. And NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS from the beginning. They can’t keep an employee for long… revolving door of technicians. Even their employees that came to fix things told us what an awful company it was and nobody knows what they are doing. After countless repairs, I’ve decided to just not use them any longer. They take zero accountability and want to charge for all of THEIR mistakes. Fought with them numerous times because they kept trying to charge for things they had done wrong or a faulty part. A technician from another company came to take a look and was appalled. ACT wanted to charge me $1300 to find and fix a leak. The technician for the other company found a ridiculous amount of leaks. And said it was all due to POOR INSTALLATION. Nothing had been put together, soldered/sealed properly. This was JUST on the outside. He didn’t even go under the house yet, and there’s still more leaks, so I can only imagine how awful everything else is and how bad it looks going under the house. Within a few years the heat doesn’t work either. Heat pump never worked properly after they installed, but emergency heat won’t even work now. Dreading the bill to fix that. I don’t ever leave reviews for anything, but this company is so awful. I can’t just say nothing.
Excellent customer service and professionally installed. Prior to contacting ACT, we had another heating/air company assess our home that failed us in every aspect. We decided to contact ACT, as our timeframe was very limited on getting work done. Luis provided excellent customer service and a same day estimate. He was patient with our questions, provided recommendations and did not limit us on our options to install central heat/air, to include duct work and removal of our wood stove.Thankfully, he was able to schedule us with an install date that worked with our timeline. The day of installation went smoothly with no issues. The crew was welcoming, informative and great to work with. They were very knowledgeable in installing a completely new system. We would recommend this company and it’s crew and plan to use them for any future use.
