What customers say
Accounts differ on key copying: one customer found the kiosk easy to use and said the keys worked, while another said a key did not work. Customers seeking locksmith help described dispatch failures: one said no locksmith was ever dispatched, and another said they were told 45 minutes later that no one could come onsite. A car lockout charge was also called an overcharge.

Paid $11.74 for my key and it did not work! So I have a shiny new gold key that’s taking up space on my key ring for no reason other than to remind me to always go to Lowe’s to get my keys made!
Kyle Shreve
charges 180 dollars for locking your keys in your car. Absolute over charge, and taking advantage of people in a tight spot. Ridiculous

Requested a lockout. Confirmed approximate ETA then provided credit card for them to dispatch. 45 minutes later I’m alerted that no one can be found to come onsite. Don’t waste your time.
