Do not ever, under circumstances try to have them unlock your car, they will charge you almost 200 dollars, cancel the service and then say it was covered by insurance (which you did not give them that information) and that you shouldn't have been charged and refuse a refund. THEY ARE SCAMMERS! DO NOT USE THEM!
The key that your machine made does work, BUT the cut edges of the key are so SHARP that I am not going to put it on my Keychain for fear that it may cut it scratch something in my handbag.
