Overall decent service. Great convenience. Two issues-keys came out abit rough. A sander/smoother to eliminate the rough edges would have helped. Also would be nice to have some basic key chains for sale. Maybe they were available, didn't see it if they were.

I've used the service twice now in about 2 years - simple key duplication. Both times they had a buy 2 keys, get 1 free. Thank goodness for that, because overall the keys are 4/6. I had to use WD-40 and pliers to remove the bad duplicates. Overall it's much cheaper than a locksmith.

Good keys they DID work, BUT 10$ for 2 keys is expensive when I could have gotten the same at Farm and Fleet for 5$.

I've been searching for 30+ minutes trying to find this thing, I've asked 12+ employees for directions, and they've pointed me to completely opposite ends of the store. I assume if I could actually find this mythical key machine, it'd do its job well, though.

All 4 keys were pretty rough. The area to clean them didn’t work very well so when I got home and cleaned them a bit they were still a pretty good challenge. I did get them to work but it will take some time to get them to work without patience. I also found the price to be much higher than the hardware store. I needed 4 keys and it was faster. If I were to do it again I’d go to a hardware store and take my gamble there. Keys are hard I understand that so that’s why I didn’t rate it lower

The kiosk was easy to use, u can get a regular key made right there and if u pick one of the many different designs they will be sent to u by mail. And loved that my key arrived real early.
