John was very friendly and helpful. It felt like he genuinely cared about getting us back inside as soon as possible. It took him 10 minutes to get us back in. We were very grateful.
They took my money and came out and could not fix my problem. I called them back out again 2 hours later (see photo for their idea of a fixed lock) then I called back three days later, and I now have broken pieces in my hand. Spent good hard earned money & nothing was fixed. The owner was extremely rude to me. Argued about how he had to come back out a third time to correct something both my partner and I heard them say was warranted. Why else would they have come back the second time? Even offered to pay him again, but owner was just mean and nasty. Will be leaving a public review on the Palm Springs website on Facebook. Serious headaches. Wished I had never called them.
