Earlier I had given a higher review when I contracted to update my 22 year old security system THEY had actually installed originally. So a few months later a hardwired sensor fails. Was told that “the people “ who installed earlier had not left enough wire so would have to go wireless. $500+. To shorten story. I misunderstood that to upgrade a system did not mean upgrade sensors. Just be sure you read very carefully any contract. Very carefully.
Since my original rating, Things have gone from bad to worse. We cancelled this company's service on July 21, 2021. In October of 2022 they started randomly billing us again. I have emailed them and called them each month for the last four months and they continue to bill us for a service we have not used in more than one and half years. At this point it feels like harassment. Just like in the original review, "I talk to the same person EVERY time I call, and EVERY time I call he says he will take care of it and then doesn't."Original Review:We use this company for our business alarm service. The alarm service is fine. The business practices are absurd. They send invoices which we have to call to pay, but never include a phone number. For years we have tried to get them to bill us annually. After agreeing to do so, they continue to bill us monthly. We were told that if we paid for a year at a time, we would receive a discount. No we are told that is not the case. I talk to the same person EVERY time I call, and EVERY time I call he says he will take care of it and then doesn't. Today he told me they don't like to bill annually because they don't have a way to track it. REALLY??? Where is the customer in your customer service?
