The moving crew was amazing! Unfortunately, the sales/office team was terrible. Office phones are not answered & no voicemail. Text message response delayed or unanswered. In the middle of my move I was informed that my price guaranteed quote had an error & that Iwould need to sign a new contract to include 3rd party services omitted for an additional $1,375!
Robert the driver from Virginia was a very professional and efficient driver, he gave clear and direct information, he gave advance notice of his arrivals and was on time. I would definitely recommend North American Van Lines.
I used North American Van Lines for my move from LA, handled by Beltmann, and discovered seven pairs of shoes were missing (possibly stolen) — including my wedding shoes. The boxes arrived, but instead of shoes, they were stuffed with an extension cord and stuffed animals.This wasn’t a simple loss — it was clear tampering, and it feels like a complete violation of trust. Moving is stressful enough without worrying that your personal belongings will be rifled through and taken.I’ve filed a claim, and am awaiting accountability. Customers deserve better protection and integrity than what I experienced here. I expect Beltmann to make this right.

Great experience with North American Van lines. From the initial meeting with Alan our sales representative to determine an estimate to the final delivery of our personal items were Awesome. Very transparent and pricing estimates are clear and easy to understand. I would not hesitate to use them again. We moved from California to Nevada without any issues.
