The movers arrived on time on moving day and introduced themselves in a polite and professional manner. They worked quickly and efficiently while also being careful with all of my belongings. The movers took great care in wrapping and securing my furniture items and boxes as they loaded up the truck. Throughout the day, they communicated clearly about the timeline and let me know what to expect. I felt at ease seeing how diligent they were about safeguarding my possessions as they transported them. Once my belongings arrived at my new home, the movers were equally meticulous about carrying each item inside and unwrapping everything. They reassembled the furniture and made sure it was placed exactly where I wanted it. At the end of the long day, nothing was damaged or missing. The movers were friendly, hardworking, and detail-oriented from start to finish. I was thrilled by the stress-free experience and would highly recommend this company to anyone for their professionalism and quality service.
I went to AJ’s storage to inquire which space would be best to rent. The employees were very professional, patient, kind and good customer service. It made the process pretty smooth and efficient. I was also impressed the manager was also there helping his crew making sure the process went smoothly. Im extremely happy I choose AJ’s storage and will definitely recommend them to family and friends in the future.
Great moving company! Anthony, Ronny, and Teddy were very careful with everything. And that's including a giant, heavy glass table! I'm really thankful for making our move so easy. Everyone, including the office staff, were super kind and helpful.
On time both days. Two groups of people. Very nice group of women the first day came and wrapped everything up. Second day a group of males came and loaded the truck and nailed the containers shut. Very clean and organized. If your needing fast and efficient movers look no more. These are the guys and gals you want and need.
Such a great experience! Everyone was so friendly and made the hectic and crazy time moving can be, awesome! The packers were very courteous and the driver checked in often to let us know when we could expect the delivery everything was on time and fast! I was nervous because military lives could be a hassle, but I’d recommend this moving team to anyone! Thank you Derek!
