If you are pcsing from fort hood and the transportation office assigns you with this company, good luck. PCSed to oversea, and every electronics came broken. starting with my desktop, monitors, jet boil, rice cooker, air fryer, etc. If they say their trucks are broken, and brings only a moving truck without a container, and tells you that it needs to be packed at the warehouse, I wish you a luck that everything will stay intact. When the movers opened up the container, it was packed disastrous, many boxes were damaged. Some clear water damage.
Amazing experience!! That’s not typical to say about the moving process. All of the crew members were fast, efficient, respectful, friendly and kept communication open to me and the other crew members. They were organized, and stayed that way. My items were handled with care. Every item was checked thoroughly. Even my floors were covered while they moved items inside. Highly Recommend!!! Thank you. ??
Working with Apple Moving couldn't have been a more positive experience! The crew showed up in a timely manner, communicated constantly, went over and above with handling everything, and made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction.The highlight of the whole experience to me was that every member of the crew took the time to find me at the conclusion of the move, shake my hand, and thank me for allowing them to be part of the team that moved us to the new house. It's hard to find customer service like that anymore.Top to bottom from the initial quoting process (all done remotely and on my timeline), to scheduling, and finally to the actual move was easy, stress free, and comfortable. No one likes moving, but Apple made it about as enjoyable as it can be.
