Horrible service.They are nice but they are careless with your belongings. They cost me over 10k in damage for a $500 move! The broke dressers broke a 5000$ children’s bunk, broke and tore a weight bench, broke a mirror, lost parts to my items etc. and there is no real management it is just a guy and his buddies in a rented truck
WARNING do not use this company! They were quick to take my deposit however they never showed for the job. The day they were supposed to move my furniture, communication was limited, full of lies, and excuses. I’ve yet to receive the refund on my deposit. If anyone has suggestions on how I can get my refund besides disputing with the bank which I’ve done, I am all ears. They’ve stopped answering my phone calls and won’t send the money back although they never did the work!!!
By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any business. If I could give it zero stars I would. They guaranteed that they would be there to pick up my stuff by 12 noon and that did not happen. Not only were they late, they never showed up. The owner gave me excuse after excuse and never came to pick up my stuff. I continued to be cordial when most people would have gotten belligerent. I ended up having to call another mover and pay extra just to get them to come get my things. They still have my $75 deposit after 3 weeks although they never did the work. Avoid this business at all costs.
