WARNING!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR PROPERTY TO BE DESTROYED AND NOT COMPENSATED. The movers were 3 hours late. I had to call to find out their ETA. One of the movers dropped my dyer and they destroyed my brand new Ashley’s and Rooms to Go furniture I just recently purchased. When I brought it up to one of the movers she admitted to damaging my property trying to get it into my home. Also, that same mover when I asked her about the price she said it was 250 so before I sent anything I asked the owner how much and he said 125. That’s not the worse part one of the movers even had the audacity to have an attitude when I brought the damages to her attention and told me to contact the owner and take it up with Q. And surely enough I did just that and sent him pictures of the damages. He said he will send someone out the next day, but instead he blocked me. I’ve tried multiple ways to get in contact with him and he’s failed to return any calls or messages. This company is by far the most unprofessional moving company I’ve dealt with thus far. Spend the extra money and use a different company.
Joe and Latoya did a great job moving our stuff yesterday. They knocked out the large stuff of a 4 bedroom house in 4 hours and were very affordable.
Do not use this company. The day of my move they kept changing the time. They were nice when they arrived so I was patient. Then after everything got moved, they realized they had forgotten to unload all the pieces to my bed frame. It took them almost 2 weeks to drop off those pieces. I notified them that they had damaged my washer and they admitted to the damage possibly being from the transport, but would not tell me how to file a claim.
I called this company after All My Sons gave me an exorbitant quote. Not only did this company work with my budget, they came next day. There were time set backs but from my experience there are ALWAYS delays when moving, no matter the size of the company. They broke down my bunk bed and built it back, allowed me and the kids to help out, and were just cool people. For next day service, getting it all done in one day, and even agreed to help me get a refrigerator back inside my home that the last owners left in the garage, I’d say their service is well worth the money and very much recommended for your moving needs.
I hired Robinson’s Affordable Movers for my move from Killeen to LA and they were wonderful! They were super flexible on move date/time, very responsive/communicative, and made sure everything got to my new place smoothly! My couch didn’t fit in the elevator or the stairwell, so they actually brought it up a ladder to my third floor balcony and got into the unit that way. I didn’t even think it was going to be possible, but they literally did it! They’re professional, hard working, and more cost effective than others in the area. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for movers!
