Tow men and a truck moves my wife and I. We are elderly and can no longer handle a move. From the time I called them to them to the last piece of furniture they were great. They communicated very well with my wife and I and the young men were absolutely amazing. They were patient and engaging and even loaded our chairs last so we had a place to sit. I had used Two Men and a Truck before and was totally happy with the service I received. I decided to use them again and I'm glad I did. There is a lot of communication from the customer service, constantly checking to see if everything is okay. I have to say, both times I used this company the very best part of the move was the moving men. They were knowledgeable, kind, respectful, and extremely hard working. If something wasn't going well and warranted a call to management, the lead man of the group immediately got on the phone to his boss. I especially want to express gratitude to John Harris, who is a truly amazing person.I have met very few workers in the service area that take such care in the work they do. He was kind, hard working, thoughtful, and showed complete respect for what I had to say. He shows a great deal of knowledge regarding the moving business. This is the 2nd time Lifelines Counseling has requested assistance from Two Men and a Truck to help move a client. This move involved a few stops to pick up donated furniture before making the final stop at 2 different apartments. Our movers were WONDERFUL! The STAFF was WONDERFUL! They were here on time, had a great outlook, and were ready to get the job done and have some fun at the same time. Two Men and a Truck assisted in bringing 2 different families out of shelter and into a more permanent living environment, where they can begin their healing journey and thrive.
