Several customers praised the workmanship and the crews' professional, respectful manner; one customer at Emma Lake also said William kept the promised fall date for the lift and honoured the agreed price. One customer reported that the house was not level and their follow-up text was ignored; another said the agreed delivery date passed with no house delivered or call.
House is not level and when we texted them after and let them know they ignored us.
William and his crew of 3 were all highly skilled, coordinated, courteous and polite awesome hard workers. They handled the moving of my 14’x68’ mobile home like pros. If I had to do it again I would hire Anderson Building Movers for sure.

The full process of moving or raising a home and building its new foundation generally takes a month or less. Weather, the company's schedule and the contractor's schedule must also be considered.
Homeowners must disconnect services and clear and strip the basement or crawlspace. The customer is responsible for any fireplace, porch or addition removal, which must be completed before work starts; permits and permission from neighbours or owners of surrounding property that may be involved should also be arranged.
There is no set price; cost varies with the building's size, shape and weight, its foundation and height, and any additions. Available exterior workspace and the terrain between locations also factor in.
