Driver was actively blocking drivers from zipper merging during roadwork, repeatedly straddling the lanes so no one could merge. Nearly hit me just to block me from merging at the appropriate time, even blocking an intersection in the process with signs posted “do not block intersection”, it’s even marked ON THE PAVEMENT. Guy needs to chill, no one else had an issue zippering. I don’t know about the business, but your employees are a reflection of you.
The two gentlemen did a fabulous job. I guess Keith was the lead or organizer. I had most everything boxed except for lamps, sofa, table. They had boxes for the lamps and sofa cushions. I moved in January not always the best weather. They laid down a plastic cover from the door entrance through my living room to the two bedrooms as to not bring in snow and salt and dirt. They did a fabulous job. I felt for them taking it down 2 flights of stairs and then back up another flight of stairs. I’m 65 with a very bad back I couldn’t move myself at all. They did a far better job of moving than I did for myself when I was in my 20s. Nothing damaged everything put where I needed it to be. I would highly recommend Blue Mound to anyone moving.
We had Keith and Keegan move us from Oak Creek to Greendale on October 15. We are elderly and they were very respectful of our age and the anxiety a move can cause. They were friendly, courteous, and very capable of handling even large, heavy pieces of furniture with care. It was interesting to see how they moved many boxes together to save time.
