I truly have nothing but positive things to say about my entire experience. From start to finish, the process was completely frictionless and stress-free — which is exactly what you hope for when moving!

A special thank you to Laura Precour for the move consultation — she made everything clear, organized, and easy right from the beginning. Muge Smith, our move coordinator, was fantastic with communication and ensuring every detail was handled seamlessly. And a huge shoutout to Mel Goldbach and Corey Cortez for the moving services — they were professional, efficient, careful, and incredibly courteous throughout the entire move.

The whole team worked together flawlessly, and it truly made what can normally be a stressful experience feel smooth and effortless. I would absolutely recommend them again without hesitation!

Had another fantastic moving experience with Schroeder Moving Systems. This is our 4th move with Schroeder (2 cross country and 2 local) and each has been completed in a timely and professional manner. The moving coordinators did an outstanding job before, during and after the move. We appreciate their patience as we had to apply changes to the move just a few days prior to their team loading our home. The moving crew did a fantastic job as well. Everything was packed and organized as planned and the move completed in a snap. The team was polite and professional. I would hope to get the same crew on a future move.

This is my 3rd time using Schroeder moving systems. I have used them locally and cross country. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Mike Payton. Mike is the truck driver/delivery man for my move today. He was very pleasant, thorough and worked efficiently to help facilitate an efficient system. He also helped me with a lamp I could not get to work! Mike went above and beyond with great customer service.

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with this moving company even though upon meeting Chris, he was very friendly and reassured our move would be easy and stress free.

A week before our move was supposed to take place, we were asked if we could move our date a few days before, to help THEM out…we did not mind but what we did not know was that it caused the techs Who were responsible for taking apart the bigger items were overbooked and were unable to make it to us til late in the night. Upon arrival they were rude and continued to complain why they were there, Making it seem like it was our fault. They were so unhappy that they didn’t even introduce themselves. This late night arrival also caused set backs with us being out early in the am for our move, as the driver had to come back the next day and finish up. We were told that we would be compensated for the headache, and that’s fine but we are still waiting for that compensation.

We were told that the moving total price was set and after our move was completed all of a sudden we were charged almost $300 more.

We trusted this company and their word, but through all the little issues we experienced, Megan refused to talk to us and simply ignored every call I left. On a positive note, I will say that Chris was always very kind when I reached out to him with my concerns but I am disappointed that I was told I am going to be compensated and still have not received a single thing.

I will not be Recommending this company to others because they do not hold their word and if you do use them make sure that the price is set.

I wish I could give less just total reckless how they packed our stuff. Brand new tv led screen completely shattered. Engagement gifts destroyed. Shoes just tossed at the bottom boxes with heavy stuff on tip. Gave them a perfectly good tv box and lazily packed it some cheap crap they had. I just sit here wonder what we paid for. The service wasn’t cheap it was middle of road price. Customer service was terrible moving coordinator just as incompetent.
