Frequently Asked Questions
What conditions apply to Three Brothers Painting’s workmanship warranty?
Its written terms require full payment, keeping a copy of the original contract, and yearly house washing by Three Brothers Painting; washing by another provider voids the warranty. The warranty excludes painted or stained decks, fences and roofs.
How does Three Brothers Painting handle preparation issues on older Marietta homes?
It flags wood rot and prep issues at the estimate and includes them in the upfront price rather than discovering them once work is underway.
