The Active representative who treated my property is named Todd. He was very professional and very engaged with me as he took the time to allow me to express concerns about areas in the yard where I saw an uptick in the type of pest that we were dealing with, which were moles. He was very knowledgeable about his craft and wanted to be very proactive in wanting to really get the issue taking care of for us. This was an additional treatment at no additional cost due to the concern about the uptick in activity from the moles in our yard. Great customer service.
This service was the annual termite renewal warranty. Bill did a thorough inspection for signs of termites. He is informative and did a great job. I am pleased with active pest controls services, but their prices have risen significantly in the past few years.
