I've been having issues with them since December, but it's time to cut ties and terminate their services. It enlightens me that they demand a 30-day notice to end services yet fail to deliver during that period - sounds like they're the ones breaking the rules. Texas landlords, your residents deserve better, so let's explore other options.
Our tech Felicia was knowledgeable and professional. She helped me understand many of the benefits of our contract. It’s wonderful to have someone friendly and personable doing pest control. We are long overdue for this kind of service and I feel like I made the right choice so far.
Shop around, folks, because Terminix's service is only great if you can snag an amazing technician before he becomes a memory. I lucked out with my tech, but sadly he departed ways from Terminix in early December. The new technician showed up right before Christmas and hasn't been seen since, despite my twice-monthly scheduled services but let's see what happens in February.
