I’m giving one star because I have to say they have always been prompt and courteous. My issue is that when performing our yearly inspection for termites, they’ve missed straight up evidence of them because they do NOT do a very thorough inspection. We’ve learned what should be happening during these inspections and it unfortunately didn’t and hasn’t been happening. We’re likely going to be stuck with thousands of dollars or repairs because of their negligence to do more thorough inspections. I’d move on to another company for termites.
I LUV having Advantage Pest control Coming out and service my home. Dawn is awesome! She understands and she is extremely friendly and CARES. Tom came by and did an excellent job with the pest control. You should fire the rest and come to the BEST! What I like most is that they don't try to sell a long-term contract. They are interested in getting the critters out and making you a happy customer. Thanks, Dawn! GA
We've used them for at least 6 years at our previous house and new house. Very affordable, friendly staff with low turnover so we see the same guy every time and best of all no bugs...and we live in the middle of the woods! Highly recommend!!!
I called to have them inspect my house for a possible mouse. They found no signs of a mouse after completing a very thorough inspection. The serviceman refused to take payment for the service call and said to just count it as a free inspection. He was very professional and knowledgable. Thank you Advantage Pest Control Solutions for being a reputable company that provides excellent services and customer service.
Avoid this company for this reason: their values are poor, and where there are poor values, there will surely be poor service. Here's the story:Last year Advantage treated our backyard for yellow jackets after an infestation was found - nasty little buggers. Everything went fine. This year the yellow jackets came back - so we called Advantage again. They came out and treated, but the yellow jackets were back again within two weeks. This is where problems started. We called and they said it would be five days before another technician could come back out.First problem, if you're fixing a problem that is a result of initial faulty service, why should we wait five days?Second problem - after waiting the five days, the technician just left a note saying that he couldn't find any yellow jackets... there were literally dozens of them at all times around the pool fence. We call back, and they agree to send him back out when we're home to show him in two days time - okay fine. He shows up, and I point out all of the yellow jackets flying around. He says no problem, and sprays a dust into the area where he sees them all.No yellow jackets for a few days then bam, they're back!I call again and speak with the assistant company manager, Tom.Biggest problem: Tom tells me that since the fence is more than 10ft. from my home that they are not licensed to treat the issue. I am baffled. I asked that if this is the case, why did they agree to a contract to provide the service? So - you illegally took my money and illegally performed a service, and when it didn't work out - you played the "outside the scope of our business license" card. That's a failure on so many levels of professionalism I don't even know how to react.Tom agreed that he'd be refunding my money - not that it helps with the swarms of yellow jackets threatening to sting my toddler - thanks Tom! I appreciate the lack of concern for the safety of my family after your company agreed to help us.Please refund our money from last year as well - since you performed an illegal unlicensed service at that time too.
