Great customer service. We noticed a few ants already and had issues last year (we did not use greenix last year).Greenix was responsive to questions and able to service house quickly. The technician, Crysann, was wonderful. She spent her time doing the initial inspection and treating concern areas. Hoping they are able to keep pests away for us this year.

I find them thorough and go beyond other companies I have done business with.The young man that serviced my home today, his name is IAN… he did an Excellent job, Excellent. I wish he serviced my home every time, although I have not been disappointed with any of the gentleman that have serviced my home.
Fast service. Very thorough. Immediately noticed improved comfort on our porches and patio. No mosquitos and the ants in our brick paved patio are gone. Anxious to see the results over time.Three mos later. I called to report mice in the basement and asked if the bait expires or runs out. The response I received was "your scheduled for your quarterly on 11/10" I asked if that meant I had to trap for two weeks until you come and they thanked me for using Greenix.When they arrived we toured the house and found no entry points and was told to use beef jerky in the traps. I also told them there had been an increase in ticks recently (probably the change in weather) but was told oh unfortunately you won't be treated for that we stopped those treatments October 31st.So we'll keep traps set for mice in the basement and diligently watch for ticks for $138/month.To be fair- each year when we begin using the fireplace stink bugs will drop from the chimney and this year there were very few.
