The guy who came out was very friendly and knowledgeable. I just rented a house, was doing a pre cleaning before moving our stuff in and there was so many mouse droppings in the kitchen cabinets, oven, and dining room shelves. I immediately contacted this place and told the landlord that this isn’t my job to pay for it and she agreed to get it handled.He inspected all those areas including the basement and put 100 traps all over the house. I have been back several times to see if anything has been caught but haven’t seen one yet.The tech said someone is coming back next week to follow-up and do another check for free and they will come bimonthly to check on things and keep the situation at bay.I don’t think the upfront cost was too high. Originally it was 194.50 but the rep on the phone gave me some coupon for 50.00 off so it was cheaper than originally quoted. I believe the monthly price is 54.00 which doesn’t seem horrible. Im not paying for it so maybe thats why it doesn’t seem bad to me.He did mention a spray that can be put around the outside of the house if they still seem to be getting in which I believe he said is 60.00.Overall the service was good, tech was on time, and he seemed very knowledgeable.
The absolute worst experience from a company. Every single person I spoke to contradicted themselves. When I first called and setup a monthly service, I was given a quote for every other month. Then I was charged a different amount quoted every single month. Plus I was double charged the third month. Every time I spoke to someone they contradicted the person before them and made excuses for things they never informed me about. I could only cancel my services through a manager and had to wait for them to call me; they never did. When I called back to speak to a manager, Tyler, he told me he'd cancel my service and refund me for the credit I had on my account due to the over payments. He couldnt credit it back to my card on file, so he said he'd write a check for $118.04.....weeks later, I finally get a check in the mail for $86.56. What a joke this management is. Nothing about them has a solid foundation for a nationwide company.
Orkin has done a great job helping us with our ant problem. The employees are always very courteous and get the job done quickly - especially Noah, who has come the past couple of times. I am very impressed with their service and would recommend.
