If I could do less than a 1 star I would! I called them out because I have a wasp nest in my eve on my second story that needed removed. They sent a sales person out instead of a technician to handle my problem, then conned me into getting a monthly package because it would be "cheaper" for me because they tend to come back. Which I was prepared to pay for, if they in fact fixed my issue!! They had people come out 4 times under my "package" to spray for issues I didn't have, but never addressed my wasp nest! I called customer service, they were very friendly "acted" like she understood and said it would get fixed, sent somebody out in the middle of a snowstorm, without ever being informed what my original issue was that he was supposed to solve! Now I'm out over $400 and STILL have a wasp nest that they never removed!! I'm furious and they won't do anything. Oh, they allowed me to cancel my service but also took my money and did NOT give me anything for it! DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE!! I wish I would have called a local pest control, it would have been handled without being conned into a monthly plan and probably would have cost me half the money!
My technician Chris was great. Kept me informed of what he was doing, when he was going to get there, and what he found. I just switched my Terminix account from my old home to my new one and they gave me the confidence that I was getting the same five star service at my new residence
Worst company I’ve ever worked with. What they actually charged was way above the price that was agreed on. They charged me for a full insolation replacement but only replaced maybe 1/4 of the insolation that was in the attic. They covered my outside vent with a bird screen which was also unrelated to the issue. After making multiple payments, and also setting up automatic payments over the phone with a customer service representative. They proceeded to inform me that I was late on my payments. Which was supposed to be withdrawn automatically. Also, after calling in and paying off the entire bill “which was way over priced for 2 hours of work” over 8,000 dollars and almost 3,000 more than the price that was agreed on before any work was done. They called me a week later and informed me that I owed for the month after. Almost another 1,000 dollars. If I could recommend to anyone, do not use this company. Unless you’re ready to overpay, be sent to collections and still have the same issues after the company leaves. I would personally give 0-5 stars. Absolutely absurd. And after sending the problems over to collections. Automatically taking money out of the account that was supposed to be set up for autopay. So now they took what I owed “apparently”. And I still have to fight with the company they sent it to. Terrible.
