Reviews
What customers say
Customers praise courteous, punctual technicians; one also describes thorough treatment and cleanup. A technician's call rather than a knock after a no-knock note pleased one customer, while a separate customer reports that a scheduled visit was cancelled shortly before arrival after an office call about prior services.

Every time Yameen visits my home to take care of my pest concerns I’m more impressed! He’s courteous, punctual, and highly knowledgeable. It’s always a pleasure to deal with him. I highly recommend Truly Nolan!

WARNING ?? They scheduled an appointment with me. However, 5 minutes before they were supposed to arrive. I received a extremely weird call from there office asking me about prior services. The guy acted very unprofessional and ignorant. Not knowing why he was calling. I tried my hardest to get him off the phone saying I was waiting for the technician to show up. The guy had the audacity to ask me that I still need service today. I told him I already said I was waiting for service. He said you know what we are just going to cancel your service call. Unbelievable bad business. We have in the past done over a $1,000 of service in the past. Very discouraging when you get treated like this, I will not recommend them to anyone.
