WARNING ?? They scheduled an appointment with me. However, 5 minutes before they were supposed to arrive. I received a extremely weird call from there office asking me about prior services. The guy acted very unprofessional and ignorant. Not knowing why he was calling. I tried my hardest to get him off the phone saying I was waiting for the technician to show up. The guy had the audacity to ask me that I still need service today. I told him I already said I was waiting for service. He said you know what we are just going to cancel your service call. Unbelievable bad business. We have in the past done over a $1,000 of service in the past. Very discouraging when you get treated like this, I will not recommend them to anyone.
Service was excellent!! Technician was great to communicate by phone that he was on his way to my house. He listened to our issues completely before starting treatments, performed treatments thoroughly and cleaned up before leaving. Thanks. Jim
My home was serviced by another great technician this week on Monday. Ben Elliot was super attentive to my problem areas in my yard and educated me on what I can do to help prevent activity. I really appreciated how respectful he was, I had a note put in NOT to knock on the door, and he took it upon himself to call to make sure I was aware he was there treating the property. This allowed my husband to rest without the dog barking. Thank you Truly Nolan, your team is great!
