I have only positive things to say about the whole Aruza team. Christopher arrived today for my regular treatment. He introduced himself, explained what he would do, made adjustments as needed and was kind, friendly and professional.

I have had the same tech from Aruza Pest Control a few times now and Antonio is so great and efficient at taking care of any issues we have had in the past. If an issue arises outside of our regularly scheduled maintenance, I call and they get something on the schedule so we can have it taken care of. Prompt service and a happy customer!
They were fine until they changed companies /names. They lost my card on file TWICE. Then I received text messages that they were going to charge me a 10% fee if I didn't pay when I fixed this multiple times. Then they said they would send me to collections for 94 dollars! After I was a loyal customer for 5 years!Only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the service guys are very nice and do a fine job. Billing and customer service receives no stars
