I don’t like a company that knocks on your door uninvited. A tech showed up and told me he was scheduled to remove their property. I informed him I purchased the house and all of its contents, that I didn’t know anything about any arrangements or contracts they had with the previous owners. That nobody was entering my property, that I would call his office and figure it out. They showed up again today and were asked (less nicely) to leave. At this point they’re soliciting and lost any chance they had to do business with me.
I've had a pleasant experience with everyone I spoke with so far, but I must say the inspection specialist Neil S. is the reason I am deciding to go with them. I just moved to this state and closed on a home recently. I wanted to get pest contol services and I decided to get 3 different quotes/inspections from other companies. Neil was the last to inspect my home and was by far the best!! He checked the outside of my home, he went into my crawl space, and inspected the interior. His report is so detailed, he explained things in a way I understood, and provided additional guidance from the goodness of his heart. The prices are reasonable and they work when you. His performance and service is top tier!! I will do a follow up review after the services. Neil thank you for being so passionate about what you do and setting the bar so high!! You made my decision easy! I appreciate YOU.

I’ve had a great experience with Northwest and have never felt like just another customer. They are always quick to answer the phone or return message left after hours. Alan has been the same technician providing my ant, termite, and mice services, which really shows the company’s consistency and family-like approach. That personal touch is reflected in the quality of care I receive. The customer service team is also consistently friendly and helpful when scheduling appointments or discussing upcoming services.
Nice folks, but they can't solve my rat problem. I live in Newnan, but I've been working with the Columbus office. I hired them 8 months ago to stop rats from entering my crawlspace, and the rats are still there. NW can't figure out how they're getting in, and the problem is worse than when I hired them. The rats are entering my HVAC ducts, and I had to put screens on all of my vents so they don't enter the house. Every time I raise the issue, they come back out, but they don't have any new ideas or solutions. They just shrug their shoulders.They sold me a solution that doesn't work, and it feels like bait & switch. I've requested to work out a deal where we end the contract and I receive a partial refund, but they won't comply. They just send other people out to "inspect," and it never goes anywhere.NW is probably OK for minor pest & wildlife control. They're attentive, and they come when scheduled. I would NOT hire them for any kind of serious issue, as they don't seem to have the expertise needed to take care of issues like mine.UPDATE: if you work with them, please double check your contract. There's a clause in there that protects them from actually having to successfully do exclusion work:"This Agreement does not guarantee against present or future nuisance/pest/rodent damage to building or contents, or provide repairs or compensation therefore."I learned this the hard way, thousands of dollars in damages later. I'd highly recommended working with a different company.
