I was taken aback by the prompt to leave a tip after rating my recent termite service. While I was happy to provide a 10/10 review for a job well done, soliciting a gratuity for standard home maintenance is completely out of touch. This is a professional trade service, not a hospitality interaction or a delivery app, and asking for tips on top of your established rates feels grasping and unprofessional. Please remove this feature; it cheapens the customer experience and turns a positive review into a moment of frustration.

Do not do business with these folks. Update : manager , Mandy contacted me the next day and handle the issue promptly !! I was being billed every month. I wasn’t told I was on a payment plan. I just wanted 1 x service. I called today only to get hung up on bc I wanted to cancel. I called 4x times and the rep I think her name was Denise, Who hung up on me. Don’t worry .. it will be disputed on my cc.

Jared was so friendly, and made sure I understood the plan in place when he called the night prior. He arrived on time and was quiet (which was nice as my toddler was still asleep at the time). He also made sure I knew that I could contact him whenever there became an issue with the insects.

I have been using Purcor for several years now. Jared is most commonly the representative that services my termite stations. He communicates appointments ahead of time, is prompt, attentive to details and always friendly. It is very nice to know my home is in good hands with Purcor. Thank you.
