The quarterly service is good and easy to schedule. I appreciate them coming out when a special need arises between routine service. We also have the termite bait traps, and we have never had a problem, but homes in our neighborhood have had termite damage.
I am extremely disappointed with Terminix. The service is terrible, and their customer care is even worse. The representatives are not knowledgeable and seem more focused on charging my credit card than actually helping.When I signed up, I was told my card would only be charged if I received the service. Later, I started getting calls insisting that I must take the service anyway. This feels like a pure marketing gimmick — and unfortunately, Terminix’s customer care seems to specialize in these tactics.Be very cautious if you decide to deal with them. Do not trust what their customer care tells you, because my experience has been nothing but misleading promises and pushy billing practices.
