Daniel S aka Country came out today and set all the bait for the house. He was extremely insightful, helpful and very friendly as well!!! He answered all my questions as well as my fiances questions he had and did that over the phone with him as well. He informed us of how everything works as well. He let us know that once we've had three months of upkeep service we can switch to quarterly and let us know it would still be $80 a month for three months then $99 quarterly after that. Once again I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful he was. Thank you thank you thank you!!

The technician was very friendly, explained the process clearly, and took time to go over aftercare so we knew what to expect. I especially appreciated how considerate they were about our dog in our home. They explained how to keep them safe with the new gadgets and treatments in place, which really gave us peace of mind. I was expecting to have to leave a voicemail when I called the company late on a Friday evening. But my call was answered by Richard and I was able to get scheduled on Tuesday, which was much sooner than I anticipated, especially after a holiday weekend. His communication through text was prompt and excellent! He was very professional and informative. When he came out, he checked our house thoroughly and answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. We were concerned about bed bugs, but spiders ended up being what was biting us. He explained what to look for and pointed out everything as he did the inspection. I felt very comfortable with Richard, he was upfront and honest and wasn’t trying to just make money or sell me on anything. I would highly recommend going through him and this company with any pest concerns!
