Company was very responsive at first. He came to set up mouse traps and inspect the house for the exclusion work. He told me he would give me an estimate in two days and would return in a week to pick up the traps. I got an invoice that day and then I was unable to reach them to get the estimate or to come pick up the traps, no response to emails/calls. So I ended up paying $195 for a fun treasure hunt of finding all the traps since he placed them around the house without me knowing all the locations. I finally got an estimate 2 weeks later via email with zero mention of my previous calls or emails, after I had already hired another company due to their lack of response.

After an ongoing battle finding the occasional mouse in our basement, I called Bayer pest control for help. I explained to them what I had done so far, and that my primary interest was finding where the occasional mouse was coming from. Logan arrived right on time and walked me through the general treatment approach. He was professional, friendly, and (more importantly) honest. He explained that it seemed like I had already taken most of the first steps, and spent time looking through what we had done so far and then did a walk around the exterior of the house. On the way he pointed out each place that could be a potential entry point and provided guidance on what could be done to fix it. Not only did he provide extremely reasonable quotes on doing it for me, but even pointed out the things that would be quick and easy for me to take care of myself if I chose to take on the project without them. He then explained ongoing treatment steps and recommendations on what to watch for. Once the consultation was complete and I had an estimate for further service if desired, I was blown away to find that there was no fee for this initial consultation. The service he provided was invaluable.

There is simply no way to improve upon the level of service I was provided. I've done business with other pest companies in the past, but Bayer is hands-down my go-to recommendation for pest control services moving forward.
