Daniel is wonderful in servicing our pest control needs. He contacts us prior to the appointment to notify us when he’ll be arriving. He is very thorough when treating all the areas of our property. He is always sweet to our dog Maggie, who loves to say hi every time he comes by. I could not recommend Daniel and fast action pest control more.

Used them over the last few years, the bug termination monthly service was generally ok on the exterior of the home, every other month, they would come by at random times and generally be ok to work with while at work.
Then we noticed we had attic mice, so naturally I called the same service we had an existing contract with. The 3hr time window of the inspector was null and void in their eyes. The first time I called, he called me notifying me he was done a whole 3 hours before our appointment start window. I notified him that no one would be home until the window. I then receive a call from dispatch notifying me that he is at our house ready to conduct the inspection. While trying to reason with their dispatch that he was hours early and that I assured there is no one at my house as I have cameras and can see very clearly that the inspector was NOT at my house. She canceled the appointment, so I informed her that I will wish to cancel my service.
Fast forward 6 days ago, a marketing canvasser knocked on my door begging for another chance to schedule his appointment quota. I instructed him that I will as long as a condition that we actually get another technician that is more flexible to those of us that work. Well, I am not surprised that the same thing happened again today. The technician called me wanting to come by early when no one is home, then calls dispatch telling them that no one will be home for the window. so they cancel it.

Not sure if management changed or ownership but for a customer driven business they sure do not make it easy for anyone that doesn't work a remote job.

Again, I was satisfied with the spider and bug service, but I wont work with a company that should be working with potential/existing customers to meet their needs.

Oh. My. Gaaaaaawd. I used Fast Action Pest Control five days ago to spray the outside of my house. When I called to schedule, I asked them not to spray inside because I have a kitten and two small dogs. The technician was really nice and polite, so no complaints there. But the day after the treatement I started having ants in my master bathroom and figured it was just the last of the colony desperately looking for an escape from outside because there were what could have been two queens mixed in with the hundreds of little ants since they were so much bigger than the rest. I sprayed them all and it stopped. However, this morning, all ant Hell broke lose and I have thick black lines all over my kitchen, entrance and hall closet! And the floor perimeter has trails. ?? I sprayed with my own spray to kill them and try and stop it asap, then called Fast Action. But get this. They said because I opted out of having the inside sprayed that I would have to pay for an entire new service! They also said they don't have a 30-day guarantee for any of their work unless I signed up for their treatment plan. I laid into them (politely) because they didn't even give me a discount or refund for not spraying the inside and told them that even Terminx has a 30-day guarantee with a one time treatment service! Then, she said the inside is only done upon request and that since I used my own product today, they can't even come back for ten days anyway because it could potentially "deactivate their product," which sounds like a load of bull, and they would still have to charge me the fee again ($265). NOT CHEAP. And this was after she put me on hold to talk to her supervisor. I asked why I was never told not to use my own products after their treatment. She says she doesn't know cause she wasn't the one who scheduled it with me to begin with. This was my first experience using Fast Action and it will be my last. I feel robbed. What a load of bull. Talk about bad customer experience.
